FAQ

Why should I enroll in this program?

As HR professionals, we know that the strength of an organization lies in its people. However, current methods do not allow you to gain insights into the inner workings of an organization.

With Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), a growing trend in HR Analytics, you will have a powerful technique that will allow you to analyze the flow of information and collaboration between groups, increasing productivity and innovation for your organization.

What is ONA?

ONA refers to Organizational Network Analysis, a method for studying communication and socio-technical networks within an organization. This technique creates statistical and graphical models of people, groups, knowledge and resources of organizational systems. It is based on social network theory and, more specifically, dynamic network analysis.

How much time will I need to complete this masterclass?

What is the difference between a masterclass and a course?

Courses lay the groundwork and masterclasses help you to become an expert.

Where courses have a wide scope, masterclasses are focused and cover one specific topic in-depth. The ONA Masterclass is aimed at providing expert-level knowledge that will help you apply this technique to your data.
