Where do I find the class schedule?

There’s no class schedule.

All programs are self-paced since the lessons are pre-recorded. You decide when to start the next one. By placing our students in the driver’s seat we enable you to optimize your learning curve and complete the programs at your own pace.

No. We’ll monitor your progress along the way and intervene if necessary.

When does the course start?

Whenever you want!

After processing your payment, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create your student account. We’ll activate it within 48 hours. You determine when you actually start. From the moment you hit the “start course” button, you will have 12 months full access to the course and all the materials.

How much time will I need to complete a program?

Our courses and masterclasses are split up into modules. On average it takes our students three hours to complete one module.

This includes time spent watching the video lessons, studying the course material and completing assignments. Keep in mind that our courses are self-paced so you determine the actual pace, as long as you finish within 12 months.

My credit card keeps getting declined. What's wrong?

What sometimes happens is that credit cards are not activated for use outside of their registered country (our business is officially registered in Europe). This holds especially true for company credit cards.

Here are three solutions that typically solve problems related to failed credit card payments:

  • Contact your credit card issuer and ask them to activate the card for this particular payment.

  • Make sure you fill out the full address linked to your credit card and your credit card’s CVC code.

  • Try using your credit card via PayPal. To do so, simply select the PayPal payment method on the checkout page.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We offer three main payment methods:

Credit/Debit card
Our credit card payment method is offered via Stripe. They ensure a secure credit card payment for Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.

PayPal
Via PayPal you can pay using your normal balance or any linked credit card.

Direct Bank Transfer
You can also pay by transferring the money directly into our (European) bank account. After placing your order you’ll automatically receive the invoice with all the payment details (IBAN, BIC etc.) you need to make the transfer. Your enrollment will be on hold until we have received and processed your payment.

What is the refund policy?

We pride ourselves on high-quality HR analytics programs that actually work. That’s why all courses and masterclasses come with a 30-day 100% no-questions-asked money back guarantee.

Starting June 2018, we have extended the money back guarantee on our packages and all-you-can-learn license to 60 days.

If for any reason you are unhappy, just contact our support team and we will get you a full refund.

Is it possible to pay using a different currency?

Yes!

On the checkout page, you can select three different currencies: USD (default), EUR and, GBP. The payment will proceed in the selected currency.

Can I get a pdf invoice?

Yes!

After completing the checkout process, you will receive your pdf invoice within a few minutes. If you have not received your invoice or are unable to find it, contact our support team. We’re happy to send it again!

Can I pay in installments

No. We don’t offer installments or any other payment plans.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes!
If you and your colleagues want to enroll at the same time you might be eligible for a group discount.

How does the 'direct bank transfer' payment method work?

At checkout, you can select the direct bank transfer payment method. This payment method requires you to make a manual wire-transfer to transfer the money into our bank account.

After placing the order you will immediately receive your invoice and payment instructions. Click here for our bank details.

International bank transfers can take up to 9 days to process. Our business is registered in the EU (The Netherlands). If you transfer money from within the EU using our IBAN, processing typically takes 48 hours.

Due to the handling of direct bank transfers, an additional charge of 30 USD is applied.

NOTE: your academy-account will be on hold until we receive your payment in full.
