Analytics in HR (AIHR) is looking for a fulltime Customer Analyst Intern to research our customer base, create customer persona’s, and further explore our niche market. We are primarily an e-commerce business serving customers base around the globe with a specific focus on the American, European, Middle Eastern, and South East Asian markets.

Internship Responsibilities

In this internship, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of the company by:

  • Actively researching the existing customer base
  • Developing detailed customer persona’s
  • Understanding the needs of customers so we can develop the appropriate products
  • Analyzing the market size for our products
  • Thoroughly analyzing competitors
  • Conducting ‘problem interviews’ with customers and leads

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Available for a minimum period of 3 months and at least 3 days a week
  • Able to handle a high degree of autonomy
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and call a customer or competitor to get more information
  • Excellent English skills
  • Late bachelor or Master student (or recent graduate)
  • Relationship builder and a team player
  • Energetic, self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • You see rejections as a motivation to keep going

What you will do:

  • Manage operations activities like order processing, customer support, and administration
  • Coordinate contact with partners, writers and instructors
  • Organize (online) events, webinars and podcasts
  • Manage the content pipeline of our websites (no technical expertise required)
  • Manage and streamline the production of new courses, masterclasses and other products
  • Develop and implement business improvements
  • Set up internal people-related processes and manage recruitment activities for new team members

 

What skills you need:

  • Languages – Native or close to native English
  • Management – Strong project management skills
  • Work experience – between 1 and 5 years
  • Degree – Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Personality – Relationship builder and a team player
  • IT – Tech-savvy and a quick learner
  • Drive – Energetic, self-starter, can-do attitude, and takes ownership

 

This is a job for a minimum of 4 days per week (part-time) but preferably fulltime.

The job will enable you to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fun and enthusiastic team in an international environment. We offer a beautiful office in the heart of Rotterdam (Blaak 516), free lunch, regular drinks and fun team activities. You will be able to work from home one day a week and have flexible working hours (as long as you get the job done).
